THIS ITEM IS CRAP

This item is absolute garbage. It's so terrible, it makes me want to throw up. I've used it a million occasions, and it still fails miserably. The quality is shoddy, and the features are awful. Honestly, I can't understand how they could sell thisitem without being mortified. I'm so frustrated that I imagined I'd purchased something decent instead.
